This villa is in a rural position, close to the tiny hamlet of Alfontes, has country views and is quite private. Set in an acre of land, there is a bougainvillea covered barbeque terrace and a driveway at the front, with an old painted cart. The villa has a barbeque terrace at the front. With children in mind (big or small) there is table tennis, table football and a playstation. The secluded swimming pool, with lighting, is at the bottom of a flight of steps and there is a gate at the top for added safety. The pool can also be reached from the side of the villa.
